Greer Riddell is a Creative Producer and Entertainment Journalist working in London.
She runs January Media Production and creates videos about TV and Film for YouTube and TikTok. She is regularly featured across the BBC Local Radio network as an Entertainment Correspondent. As well as presenting her own podcasts such as Back To The Boardroom (The Apprentice Podcast), Greer has hosted her own radio shows including on Glastonbury’s Worthy FM. Her work has been featured in publications including Film Stories Magazine and Coast Magazine.
Greer also does social media and video at Collider and runs the Collider TikTok.
Graduating in 2015, Greer read Film Studies at the University of Warwick with modules including Film History, Aesthetics and Criticism, Television History and Criticism and Theories of the Moving Image.
Her TV and Film expertise include comedies, teen dramas, British and US sitcoms, comedy horror and the 1990s. Shows include Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel, Frasier, Stranger Things, Gilmore Girls and The Marvelous Mrs Maisel.
Greer is also interested in making her own films and volunteers at Film Festivals around the UK including the Ramsgate International Film Festival in 2024.
